Locations, Times and Dates

We are having boot camps at three different locations this month.

City Park AM Boot Camps

The City Park Boot Camps now have an indoor venue for when it is cold (below 45) or raining. It is at the St. Pius School at 6600 Spanish Fort Blvd. View Map.

One boot camp will begin on Monday March 29th, and will meet 3 days per week, from 5:45-6:45AM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at City Park. This boot camp will be instructed by Nolan Ferraro.To purchase the City Park April Mon/Wed/Fri boot camp with Nolan Ferraro please click here.

The Second boot camp will begin on Monday March 29th, and will meet 3 days per week, from 6-7AM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at City Park. To purchase the City Park April Mon/Wed/Fri boot camp with Lewins Walter please click here.

Uptown AM Boot Camp

The Uptown Boot Camp will begin on Tuesday March 30th, and will meet 3 days per week, from 5:45-6:45AM on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings at Audubon Park on St. Charles across from Tulane and Loyola Universities! Warehouse District AM Boot Camp

This boot camp will begin on Monday April 5th, and will meet 3 days per week, from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings at the Mississippi River Heritage Park across from the Convention Center “Hall D” on Convention Center Blvd, John Churchill Chase st, and Gaiennie St. next to the Hampton Inn Hotel. City Park PM Boot Camp

This boot camp will begin on Monday March 29th, and will meet 3 days per week, from 6-7PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at City Park. To purchase the PM City Park April Mon/Wed/Thu boot camp please click here. Unlike the AM City Park Boot Camp, there will be NO INDOOR VENUE for this Boot Camp.

Uptown PM Boot Camp

The PM Uptown Boot Camp will begin on Monday March 29th, and will meet 3 days per week for 4 weeks, from 5:30-6:30PM on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Audubon Park at the Fly behind the Zoo! To purchase the Uptown PM April Mon/Wed/Thu boot camp please click here.

Coming Soon...Metairie Boot Camp

We are Planning to begin a Metairie boot Camp on March 29th and it will meet at Encore Dance Studio in Harahan right off of the Earhart Expressway. By clicking here you are placing yourself on a Waiting List.

What to Bring

All participants are required to bring the following to each session/class:

  • 1) Yoga Mat
  • 2) 5, or 10 lbs set of dumbbells
  • 3) Bottle of Water
  • 4) Towel (optional)

Bring a Friend

Our Boot Camps are Coed and also function as a great form of exercise for couples and friends. Our clients often comment that although our sessions are intense exercise sessions, they are extremely motivated by our instructor's style, which is encouraging and inspiring, making it more likely that you will stick with the sessions and achieve lasting results. The New Orleans Boot Camps are located in City Park and will focus, as all of our sessions do, on core fitness and endurance.

The Boot Camps are designed for the novice as well as the experienced fitness buff, and will alternate through a series of cardio exercises, agility drills, calisthenics, body weight exercises, mat Pilates, light jogging, and an obstacle course. These early morning boot camps also provide the "camper" with an opportunity to start the day surrounded by the serene beauty of the park itself.
