You’ll be losing weight using the scientifically proven HIIT workout method (High Intensity Interval Training) incorporating body weight and dumbbells exercises, obstacle courses, Pilates, calisthenics, cardio and stretching. Boot Camp is split into two 30-minute sections.

Morning and Evening Boot Camp sessions are located in City Park at the practice track across from Tad Gormley Stadium.
We offer an alternative INDOOR venue for inclement weather for our weekday Morning & Evening boot camps.
On Saturday, Boot Camp is located on the outskirts of City Park. We meet specifically on City Park Avenue, 1/10 of a mile from the intersection of Carrollton and City Park Avenue between Carrollton Ave and Sherwood Forest Dr.
We offer an alternative OUTDOOR venue for inclement weather for our Saturday morning boot camp.
