NOLA’s #1 Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a 60-minute intense group fitness workout that builds muscles and camaraderie. We have used 2 decades of fitness experience and expertise to build a Boot Camp program that works for you.

You’ll be losing weight using the scientifically proven HIIT workout method (High Intensity Interval Training) incorporating body weight and dumbbells exercises, obstacle courses, Pilates, calisthenics, cardio and stretching. Boot Camp is split into two 30-minute sections.

The First 30 Minutes

An intense group fitness experience that builds muscles and camaraderie and is based on the HIIT workout method (High Intensity Interval Training) incorporating body weight and dumbbells exercises, obstacle courses, Pilates, calisthenics, cardio and stretching.

Scientifically Proven Weight Loss

According to the American College of Sports Medicine, HIIT workouts (the types used at Salire Boot Camps) provide similar fitness benefits to continuous endurance workouts, but in a shorter period of time and with greater post workout calorie burning.

Locations

Monday-Friday AM & PM Boot Camp Locations

Morning and Evening Boot Camp sessions are located in City Park at the practice track across from Tad Gormley Stadium.

We offer an alternative INDOOR venue for inclement weather for our weekday Morning & Evening boot camps.

Saturday Boot Camp Locations

On Saturday, Boot Camp is located on the outskirts of City Park. We meet specifically on City Park Avenue, 1/10 of a mile from the intersection of Carrollton and City Park Avenue between Carrollton Ave and Sherwood Forest Dr.

We offer an alternative OUTDOOR venue for inclement weather for our Saturday morning boot camp.
