Our award winning Boot Camp classes incorporate a combination of exercises using body weight, dumbbells, calisthenics, plyometrics and jogging. Our classes are based on the HIIT Principle (High Intensity Interval Training). All levels are welcome to join us and modifications and variations are demonstrated at each session.

Morning and Evening Boot Camp sessions are located in City Park at the practice track across from Tad Gormley Stadium.
We offer an alternative INDOOR venue for inclement weather for our weekday Morning & Evening boot camps.
On Saturday, Boot Camp is located on the outskirts of City Park. We meet specifically on City Park Avenue, 1/10 of a mile from the intersection of Carrollton and City Park Avenue between Carrollton Ave and Sherwood Forest Dr.
We offer an alternative OUTDOOR venue for inclement weather for our Saturday morning boot camp.
Our classes are fun, exciting and professionally facilitated so that each participant can engage in a competition with oneself. Our Boot Camps make it easy for the novice, the intermediate, and the advanced exerciser to get all they want and all they need out of an exercise program!
