My name is Nolan Ferraro, I’m the Owner and Head Trainer here at Salire Fitness and Wellness. At Salire, we offer five distinct services which allow us to cater to your fitness and wellness needs – without imposing one set program on you. Personal Training

Our private and semi-private personal training sessions are designed with your specific needs in mind, but it is always our intention to make the workouts up-tempo, full body, safe and as functional as possible.

In each session we supply you with a Wahoo Heart Rate monitor which helps both you and your trainer see realtime metrics. These metrics include current, average and max heart rate as well as total calories burned during your session.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a 60-minute high-intensity group fitness workout using body weight, dumbbells, calisthenics, and aerobic exercises. While we aim to burn 600 calories per class, all fitness levels are welcome. Come out and get a great workout while experiencing accountability and great camaraderie.

Wellness Coaching

A life coach above all else is an accountability partner, an evaluator, an inquisitor and a champion! Your coach does not play the expert, but instead will assist you in evaluating current situations, rethinking your situation(s) if applicable and assist you in changing your perspective (struggling, coasting or achieving) if desired or necessary!

At Salire Fitness, we use our worksite wellness services to help you and your staff improve their health or take their current healthy from good to great!

We offer on-site lunch and learns, health screenings, wellness coaching, nutritional counseling and our award-winning exercise programs for individuals and groups.

We know that it can be difficult to leave home or work to get to that important workout. So, we offer our award-winning personal training and weight loss services on-site at your home, office or hotel gym. During personal training sessions we will take you through a full body HIIT style training session complete with stretching, strength training, calisthenics. agility training and Mat Pilates exercises.

Youth Fitness

In addition to personal training for adults, we also offer youth personal training, life coaching sessions and sports specific training. Personal training sessions can help your teen improve their muscle conditioning, flexibility, and weight-loss/weight-gain. Life coaching sessions assist them in improving their focus, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities.
