Boot Camp is a 60-minute high-intensity group fitness workout using body weight, dumbbells, calisthenics, and aerobic exercises. While we aim to burn 600 calories per class, all fitness levels are welcome. Come out and get a great workout while experiencing accountability and great camaraderie.

At Salire Fitness, we use our worksite wellness services to help you and your staff improve their health or take their current healthy from good to great!
We offer on-site lunch and learns, health screenings, wellness coaching, nutritional counseling and our award-winning exercise programs for individuals and groups.
In addition to personal training for adults, we also offer youth personal training, life coaching sessions and sports specific training. Personal training sessions can help your teen improve their muscle conditioning, flexibility, and weight-loss/weight-gain. Life coaching sessions assist them in improving their focus, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities.
